A: Unbeatable.co.uk aims to have all items dispatched within three to five days from the moment an order has taken place. If your order still hasn’t arrived within 5 days, and you haven't heard from us about any nasty delays in the postal system, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to chase this up with our carriers and have it resolved as soon as possible
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
A: Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from Unbeatable.co.uk confirming your purchase. After it has been loaded up onto the truck, another email will be sent to advise that your item has been dispatched, so look out for the delivery driver. On big tems like kitchen appliances and TVs we will call you to arrange the delivery date and where possible the time.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON DAILY LABELS?
A: Placing an order on Unbeatable.co.uk is easy!
1) Decide on which item you want to buy, select the size, colour and quantity, then click BUY NOW!
2) Once you are taken to your shopping cart, click CHECKOUT to finalise your order. Don't forget to enter any discount codes that you may have before hand so they can be added to your order.
3) If you are a registered user, please sign in using your email address and password. If you are not a registered user, you can choose to become one during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can checkout and purchase on Daily Labels without registering (which we don't really recommend anyway, as you'll miss out on exclusive member only specials!)
4) Fill in all fields, including address, shipping and payment details
5) Once the process is complete, we will send you an email confirming your order (If it doesn't arrive, check your email systems Junk Mail area, as it accidentally may have been caught up in here)
