We use a variety of shipping methods dependent on the product concerned.

For small packages and we use standard Royal Mail Delivery.

For Televisions we use a secure courier service which will normally deliver within 3 to 4 working days of placing your order.  If for whatever reason this is not possible then we will notify you within one working day of you placing your order.

For all other electrical brown goods items we use a private courier service which requires signature on delivery.

For white goods due the weight of these items we use a special delivery service equipped with a 2 man delivery.  Included in this service is the delivery of the item to the room of your choice and the removal of all packaging.  By special arrangement and for an additional charge of £19.99 we can remove and dispose of your old goods.  This needs to be arranged at point of purchase.  We aim to turn around white goods as fast as we can but please note it may take a couple of days to arrange and plan delivery due to logistic contraints.  We therefore advise that you should allow up to 7 days. We will always offer you a choice of delivery dates and time windows to minimise any inconvenience to yourself.

For small appliances we will send out by a courier network which operate to a geographical weekly route plan .

Please note that domestic appliance missed deliveries will incur a charge that will need to be paid prior to redelivery.  These charges are set out below:

Due to our high volume of deliveries it is not possible to request specific times. For convenience we can give an estimated time for the delivery (usually a 2 hour window) on the morning of your delivery. If delivery is after 11am, the driver will contact you again when they are approximately one hour away. If your delivery is scheduled for 8am or earlier (deliveries can be made as early as 6:30am), your driver will call you as they leave the warehouse, making every effort to give you as much notice as they can and saving you the hassle of waiting around all day.
